Pratik Kothari is an alumni of ILS Law College, Pune and holds LLM in business laws. He has more than 10 years practice at the Bombay High Court. He is also the founder of Wit Legal and is the creative head at the firm. His areas of practice, inter alia, are Civil law, Criminal law, Excise matters, Service matters, Consumer disputes, Arbitration, Co-operative matters, Family law disputes, Insolvency Law, property transactions and title investigation. He represents the Zilla Parishad of Ahmednagar & Aurangabad at the Bombay High Court in several matters and has acted on behalf of various industries, banks, financial institutions and municipal corporation, amongst others. He is also junior counsel for Central GST Department and is also empanelled advocate for Central Pollution Board, New Delhi.
He is empaneled with the Co-Operative department, State of Maharashtra under Multi State Co-operative Act and has had experience of having acted as an Arbitrator and conducting arbitration proceedings in the matters of Co-operative bank.

Education Qualification: BSL LLB, LLM from ILS Law College, Pune & Pune University
Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2009. She practices as an Advocate on record and counsel before the Bombay High Court and other District Courts & Tribunals in and around Mumbai, as well as at Ahmednagar, Aurangabad & Pune. She has experience of appearing before and handling proceedings at Supreme Court of India.
In addition to the conventional litigation, she is adept at arbitration, mediation, monetary/ recovery suits, commercial suits, corporate litigations arising out of agreements & IBC, disputes arising out of contracts of various kinds, debt recovery proceedings, property disputes, testamentary & family matters, declarations, accident claims, land acquisitions, dishonor of cheque proceedings, trial, appeals etc. She excels at drafting and research. She also works on retainer basis.
